Easter Monday 2008, saw the Church have an Open Day after the Easter services for people to see the beautiful floral arrangements in the church, and combine that with the popular climb to the top of the tower. Gary Jacobs and Alan Kitchen brought us these wonderful views of the church and the surrounding countryside from a wonderful viewpoint.

Alan spotted two intrepid climbers - taken from West End.

Most of the western part of Winteringham can be seen in this photo, nestling on the slope.

West End winds its way down to the church through the new housing, with the old National School in the centre of the photo.

Beacon Hill basks in the March sunshine.

The remains of the previous days 4 inches of snow are visible in the Churchyard below, whilst the mid-19th century Rectory is in the foreground and West Halton in the distance.
